PopUp Bagels
Rockledge 2105 Viera Boulevard, Rockledge, FL 32955At 2105 Viera Boulevard in Rockledge, PopUp Bagels takes an inline bay next to Cava beneath a black awning and gray lap siding. The 1,167-square-foot interior repeats the brand's black-and-white checkerboard floor and photo-collage wall, this time alongside a ribbed black counter with a glowing script logo, white subway tile behind the kitchen pass, and a chalkboard menu listing bagels and schmears. Yellow stools out front give walk-up customers somewhere to wait.
