Dunkin'
Washington Heights 3830 Broadway, New York, NY 10032New to Washington Heights, this Dunkin' sits in a walk-up building on Broadway with a narrow storefront and black metal accents. The site text notes seating for four inside along with a walk-up window for easy pickup, keeping the footprint tight but flexible. We finished the counter area with NextGen equipment, an ATM near the entrance, and a small seating counter along the side wall. The walk-up window pulls quick orders off the main line, keeping the handful of seats open.
