Dunkin'

New York
1995 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10032

Along Amsterdam Avenue in Washington Heights, this Dunkin' takes a street-level storefront with counter seating built next to the pastry case for guests grabbing a quick bite. The service area keeps ordering, pickup, and the donut case within a few steps of each other for fast takeaway. We used a dark tile accent wall with a lit neighborhood graphic behind the counter, warm wood-tone millwork, and a tap wall for cold brew and iced tea. The tight layout keeps the line moving even when the counter seats fill up.
