Dunkin'
Times Square 1501 Broadway, New York, NY 10036Set into the Paramount Building at 1501 Broadway in Times Square, this Dunkin' carries a marquee-style lit sign that matches the Art Deco facade around it, rather than standard channel letters. The storefront is narrow and glass-fronted, built for foot traffic rather than seating. Inside, a self-service station near the entrance handles straws and napkins while the counter runs pickup and delivery orders behind it. The branding works with the building's own architecture instead of covering it over.
