Chopsticks Charm Noodle Bar
Edison 1199 Amboy Avenue, Edison, NJOn Amboy Avenue in Edison, Chopsticks Charm Noodle Bar fills a storefront wrapped floor to ceiling in black-and-white line drawings of city streets and trees. A sculptural white tree rises through the center of a round communal table ringed by matching monochrome chairs, with faceted maneki-neko cat figures perched along a mirrored shelf near the open kitchen pass. The hand-drawn mural and sculptural centerpiece turn a single dining room into a destination rather than a simple counter stop.
